Our best life is attained when we change our perceptions and open up ourselves to becoming more aware of who we are and what life is all about.

I’ll expand your awareness of a few things; firstly everything that exists is energy.  Energy is neither created nor destroyed. Secondly, there is an unseen world as much as there is a seen world.  Our cell phones ring, there are sounds we cannot hear, gravity exists. These things aren’t debated. Start talking about the power of our thoughts and there will be a debate.  We are looked at like we are speaking a different language. We are labeled as dumb or insane, I experience this lot!

It is within this unseen world that the qualities of the life we experience reside.

When we have positive thoughts we feel great, we feel strong and healthy, think about “being in love”. When we are have negative thoughts, we feel stressed, depressed and our body becomes weak, our immune system malfunctions.

A thought is energy, negative thoughts produce low energies, and positive thoughts produce high energies. Our Best Life involves vibrating within these high energy fields produced by our positive thoughts.    Tonight let Darkness and Light represent feelings; we associate with our life experiences.

Darkness being all the negative low energy thoughts and the environments that produce and support them Such as:

Disappointment

Anger

Resentment

Knocked down (Feelings of Defeat)

Noise

Enragement

Stress

Suffering

Light being  the high energy thoughts we produce  and the environments that supports and nourishes them such as:

Love

Inspiration

Gratitude

Higher Consciousness

Tranquility

Living our best life would involve producing thoughts that brings light into our lives and avoiding and eliminating the thoughts that bring darkness into our life; the more light we cultivate in our lives, the harder it is for darkness to appear or linger

Achieving our best life is simple. It’s the easiest path in life to journey. It involves no outside sources. It’s an intimate experience that only you can create because your future is solely determined by you.

 

The bridge (vehicle) that takes us to the light and toward living our best lives is simply living happily

Letting Go

Letting go of the negative feelings we have attached to an outcome that was not in our favor, removes the feelings of disappointment and resentment from our lives. Detaching ourselves from the outcome of whatever we pursue in life prevents disappointment from showing up.

Visualizing your best life daily attracts the thing we think about.

Becoming Intellectual awakens our consciousness and enhances our quality of life. Developing a New attitude of gratitude and optimism removes negative thoughts and stress.  We can’t be happy and angry at the same time, Laughter has a lot of health benefits including pain management. Laughter banishes feelings of anger, prevents enragement and removes suffering.

Health and Wellness

Living healthy involves taking care of our bodies the best way possible, trading unhealthy lifestyle habits for healthy lifestyle habits like exercise and eating healthily.

Acceptance

Accepting who we are and life’s challenges is essential.. We need to become responsible for every thing that has happen to us in our entire life.

Prioritizing Yourself

Creating time in our busy schedule to take care of our emotional health, Spiritual wellbeing, and physical bodies comes easily when we are first priority. It becomes easier to say no when someone else demands of our time and energy because we know that saying no really means saying yes! Yes to doing something for our self.

Patience

The more patient we are, the more we allow the good things into our lives, like peace, love and contentment.  It’s harder to become angry or enraged when we practice limitless patience.  We become very tolerant of life’s challenges and persistent in whatever we are doing.

Without Darkness, all remains is light ~ Living Our Best Life!

Innocence

Innocence is the location for beginning our best life. This involves returning to the state of being we were at creation. This state of being is achieved by emptying our selves of everything negative we’ve experienced. We see the world through the eyes of a child. There is forgetfulness of everything dark we’ve encountered. Purging all the low energy thoughts from memory allows us the opportunity to vibrate within higher energy levels.

Living in the Moment

We only become fearful when we think of the future, where there is uncertainty we have no control over. Focusing on our negative past also brings fear into our lives, fear of experiencing another past occurrence. When we live in the moment there is no fear, we focus on what we are doing, we become more aware of our actions.

Youthful Spirit

A youthful spirit brings more hope into our lives, we now believe that anything is possible to achieve. There are no limitations, regardless of our age we would develop strength in our body and Mind. Willingness would emerge to do anything we desire. We would be surrounded with an abundance of courage. Living our best life would be inevitable with a youthful spirit.

We know we’ve arrived to our address for Living our best life when nothing said or done can disturb our peace because we have become light.

And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years that matter.
