Your Best Life – Mindful Exercises for Better Living
To the question of your life you are the answer, and to the problems of your life you are the solution. ~Joe Cordare
When we become more aware of who we are great things happen. Mental exercises can enhance our awareness of who we are and bring clarity and purpose in life.
Our Physical Capabilities such as stamina and flexibilty are enhanced with exercise or activity, so too does our brain require mental exercises to maintain and enhance our Mental Capabilities such as concentration and awareness.
When our thoughts are challenged our mental capabilities are enhanced. Exercises such as becoming more intellectual and questioning everything we are unsure of, increases our problem solving skills and concentration.
Our lifestyles also enhance or decrease our mental capabilities and life experience. The more open and flexible we are the greater the opportunities for living a better life. When we live a life driven by strict routines and monotony we become mentally and emotionally lethargic. By constructing a lifestyle that allows us more flexibility and openness we generate a better life experience. This is done when we become more socially available, interactive and proactive with our life.
