When we  achieve a greater awareness of reality by living openly and being receptive to change, our perceptions of things are improved, there is greater control over our thoughts and our consciousness expands.

Higher Consciousness improves the quality of our life and is needed for living our best life.

Our Best Life is attained each and every day, its perfection in the making.  It’s an achievable goal we work toward with each thought we produce, each decision we make and each action we put out. We are not animals driven by instinct; we are responsible for making choices of our own.  We were created pure, and it is our responsibility to maintain or revert to purity in order to fulfill and enjoy our optimal life experience. Our body only knows truth and pure things, when we move away from the truth, (light) and toward (darkness) and impure things our body is weakened and we cannot attain our true potential. Our Emotions determine the quality of the life we experience. The emotions associated with LIGHT ( Love, Inspiration, Gratitude……….) enhances the quality of the life we experience. The Emotions we’ve attached to DARKNESS (Disapointment, Anger, Resentment, …….) Significantly reduces our overall well being.

Through the practice of choice and control, we get better and closer to a life of truth and bliss, a life we determine for ourself as our best life.  It’s a conscious choice we all need to make for ourselves. An important principle in life after practicing the living happily technique  is goal setting.   An important goal for living our best life should be to move away from the negative low energy vibrations in life and  toward the higher energy fields produced when our mind, body and spirit are in sync.

LIGHT (Love, Inspiration, Gratitude, Higher Consciousness and Tranquility ) will illuminate our lives and  assist in showing us our purpose in life. The more our hearts and the things we put out would be of  love and contentment, the more control we would have over our emotions.  A life filled with light would bring us  more fullfillment, we would truly enjoy our journey on earth.

Life now becomes a constant; reflection, observation, elimination and filtration process. As easy as it is to turn off a light bulb so is it to turn off the light within our lives.  Our Lives should become a living masterpiece, where every thought, every action is geared toward our best life at all times using the emotional compass within us as a guide. 

Our thoughts and actions becomes the fuel for our light. Every thought either increases our flame or dims our light. The  cleaner the flame the more brilliant illumination we would become and the more bliss we would experience in life.

Our fuel is the things we put into our lives, the things we eat, read, listen to, watch and participate in. Using our divine ability of choice and conscious thinking we turn up the filter on our lives and allow only the good, clean things of truth and light into our lives.

We do this often by questioning at all times:

  • Is this positive energy?
  • Will it strengthen me?
  • Will I grow and Illuminate from this?
  • Will this move me toward my goals, my best life?
  • Is this what I want?
  • Will it make me a better person?

As we move down the list of questions, with each tasks it becomes quicker, easier and more reflexive.  We would avoid and eliminate the things that weaken us. Reading negative things lowers our vibration energies and dims our light because our subconscious mind cannot differentiate truth from fiction. What we put in would by law come out.  The media successfully keeps us trapped in the lower levels of energy by focusing on the negative things that are occurring in life. They also capture our attention and keep us focused on desire and want for more, this takes us away from focusing on the things in our lives we ought to be truly thankful for. It is important to learn how to appreciate the things that are captioned in the media by not holding onto the negative things put out but rather embracing them, staying focused on the good things and filtering the things we allow into our lives.

Time should be efficiently managed so we spend our time focused on activities that bring more light into our lives. Activities such as :

  • Writing in a Gratitude Journal
  • Setting  Goals and working toward them
  • Acknowledging and Appreciating your accomplishments
  • Reading and becoming more intellectual
  • Giving  and finding more ways to incorporate the spirit of giving in your life.
  • Reconnecting with nature and your Spirit

Our best life should become a goal as we consciously become more aware of who we are, truly understanding what life is all about as we move through the conscious levels of awareness. EWith openness and acceptance we will move toward the truth, ascending the levels of consciousness moving toward enlightenment. We can use the map of consciousness constructed by Dr. David Hawkins and explained in his book  Power vs Force as a guide.

Goals are often hard to accomplish once we do not have the correct techniques. Just like creating a masterpiece painting we need the right paint, canvas, and brushes, so to we need the right tools for achieving our goals. Over 98 % of goals created are not attained. The high percentage failure rate is a direct result of incorrect tools.  To live in the two percent of persons who are successful at creating their goals we need to find the right tools.
